参苓和胃汤配合西药治疗胃溃疡的疗效研究

Research on clinical efficacy of the Shenling Hewei decoction plus western medicine on gastric ulcer

目的:研究参苓和胃汤配合西药治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年7月-2015年7月我院收治的80例临床表现为胃溃疡的患者展开本次的研究,对照组采用常规的西药治疗,观察组运用参苓和胃汤配合西药进行治疗,经过2个疗程的治疗后,将所有患者的症状情况和疗效进行分析。结果:观察组的总有效率为95.00%,对照组的总有效率为77.50%(P<0.05)。结论:参苓和胃汤配合西药治疗胃溃疡疗效显著,值得广泛应用于临床。

Objective: To investigate clinical efficacy of the Shenling Hewei decoction plus western medicine on gastric ulcer.Methods: 80 patients in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 were selected as research objects. The control group was given the western medicine; and the observation group was given the Shenling Hewei decoction more, for 2 courses. Clinical symptoms and efficiency in two groups were analyzed. Results: The total efficiency was 92.50% in the observation group, and 77.50% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: The Shenling Hewei decoction plus western medicine on gastric ulcer shows a significant effect, and is worthy of promotion.
