四逆散合苇茎汤化裁治疗脂肪肝60例体会

Treating 60 cases of fatty liver with Sini San plus the Weijing decoction

目的:观察四逆散合苇茎汤治疗脂肪肝的疗效。方法:60例脂肪肝患者用四逆散合苇茎汤化裁治疗6个月,观察疗效、生化检测指标以及肝脏影像学检查的变化。结果:治疗6个月后,患者生化检测指标有明显改善,肝脏影像学检查显示明显好转,总有效率为90.00%。结论:四逆散合苇茎汤能有效治疗脂肪肝,无明显不良反应。

Objective: To observe efficacy of Sini San plus the Weijing decoction on fatty liver. Methods: 60 patients were treated with Sini San plus the Weijing decoction, for 6 months. Efficacy, biochemical detection indicators and liver imaging examination of all patients were observed. Results: In 6 months, biochemical detection indicators and liver imaging examination were improved, and the total efficiency was 90.00%. Conclusion: Sini San plus the Weijing decoction on fatty liver shows a good effect, without adverse reaction.
