穴位埋线治疗慢性浅表性胃炎临床观察

A clinical study on treating chronic superficial gastritis by acupoint catgut embedding therapy

目的:观察穴位埋线治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例慢性浅表性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),治疗组采用穴位埋线治疗,对照组采用口服铝碳酸镁治疗,4周为一个疗程,治疗2个疗程。结果:经过2个疗程的治疗,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:穴位埋线治疗慢性浅表性胃炎疗效明显优于口服铝碳酸镁。

Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of acupoint catgut embedding therapy on chronic superficial gastritis. Methods:60 patients with chronic superficial gastritis were randomized into treatment group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases. The treatment group was intervened by acupoint catgut embedding therapy, while the control group received talcid, both lasted for 2 courses. Results: In 2 courses, clinical efficacy in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Acupoint catgut embedding was significantly better than talcid in treating chronic superficial gastritis.
