金匮肾气丸合肾石通颗粒治疗发作前期肾结石临床研究

Clinical observation on treating early onset of renal calculi with Jin'gui Shenqi Wan plus the Shenshitong granules

目的:探讨金匮肾气丸合肾石通颗粒治疗发作前期肾结石的临床疗效。方法:将240例发作前期肾结石患者分为观察组、对照1组、对照2组、对照3组,各60例,分别给予金匮肾气丸合肾石通颗粒、金匮肾气丸、肾石通颗粒、中药汤剂进行为期20d的治疗。结果:观察组依从性96.7%(58/60),远高于对照1组、对照3组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治愈率96.6%(56/58)、有效率100.0%(58/58),远高于对照1组、对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:金匮肾气丸合肾石通颗粒治疗发作前期肾结石疗效显著,依从性好,服用方便,值得推广。

Objective: To investigate clinical effects of Jin'gui Shenqi Wan plus the Shenshitong granules on early onset of renal calculi. Methods: 240 patients were randomly divided into four groups: the observation group, control group 1, control group 2 and control group 3, 60 cases for each. 4 groups were given respectively Jin'gui Shenqi Wan with the Shenshitong granules, Jin'gui Shenqi Wan, the Shenshitong granules and TCM decoction, 20 days as a course. Results: The compliance in the observation group was 96.7% (58/60), far higher than the control group 1 and 3 (P<0.05). The cure rate in the observation group was 96.6% (56/58), and efficiency was 100.0% (58/58),far higher than the control group 1 and 2, P<0.05. Conclusion: Jin'gui Shenqi Wan plus the Shenshitong granules had a good compliance and effect on renal calculi, and is worthy of promotion.
