摘要
笔者师从第五批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师张茂平教授,张师根据刘河间玄府理论、叶天士络病学说、《内经》"肾苦燥,急食辛以润之"理论,易水学派张元素、李东垣对风药的论述及应用经验,结合多年临床实践心得体会,从玄府、络病理论的视角论治消渴病肾病。张师指出糖尿病肾病是糖尿病的微血管并发症之一,临床见症之血瘀、水肿皆属阴邪,当以温药治之。临床出现的燥象亦由肾阳衰微,气不布精所致,须以辛温助阳之品鼓动阳气,化气行水,推动阴精的敷布,提出了"开玄通络不离温与辛"的创新治法。
According to the theory of Xuanfu, Ye Tianshi's doctrine of Luobing, and the theory in Neijing, the author has inherited the academic experience of the old TCM experts. With years of clinical practice and experience, Master Zhang pointed out that diabetic nephropathy is one of the microvascular complications of diabetes, with blood stasis, edema, and put forward the innovative management and treating method.
