柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤用治郁证临证体会

Clinical experience for treating depression syndrome with the Chaihu Longgu Muli decoction

柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤出自《伤寒论》,其主要病因病机为邪陷少阳,少阳枢机不利,阳热内郁,扰乱心神。本方可治少阳枢机不利,是柴胡证中和解法的代表方剂之一,具有和解泄热,重镇安神之效。根据中医辨证论治原则,准确把握其病机,临证将本方应用于癫痫、焦虑症、头痛、心悸、失眠等,常可获得显著疗效,得到众多后世医家较高评价。本文就柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤在治疗郁证中的临证体会作简要介绍。

The Chaihu Longgu Muli decoction from Shanghan Lun, the etiological factors and pathogenesis of the disease is Xiexian Shaoyang, Shaoyang cardinal disadvantageous, Yangre stagnation, disrupting the mind. The decoction could cure Shaoyang cardinal disadvantageous, is one of the representative prescription for Chaihu syndrome and solution, played roles of Hejie Xiere and Zhongzhen Anshen. According to TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment principles, the pathogenesis was accurately understood; and the decoction was applied in treating epilepsy, anxiety, headache, palpitation, insomnia and other syndromes, often can obtain significant curative effects, and gained later higher evaluation. In this paper, the author made a brief introduction on the clinical experience for treating depression syndrome with the Chaihu Longgu Muli decoction.
