中药透入结合针灸治疗特发性面神经麻痹的效果分析

Treating idiopathic facial paralysis in TCM

目的:研究观察中药透入结合针灸治疗特发性面神经麻痹的临床效果。方法:抽取我院2013-2015年间收治的特发性面神经麻痹患者100例为此次的研究对象。在统计学原理的指导下将所有研究对象分为基础性资料并无差异的对照组和观察组。对照组患者单独使用针灸进行治疗,观察组患者采用中药透入结合针灸的治疗方法。观察两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为98.0%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为80.0%,数据有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:相对于单纯的针灸治疗方法,应用针灸治疗的同时结合中药透入治疗方法对特发性面神经患者更有益,临床效果更确切,有助于恢复患者面部神经,可推广使用。

Objective: To observe clinical effects of TCM medicine penetration plus acupuncture on idiopathic facial paralysis.Methods: 100 cases of idiopathic facial paralysis were divided into the control group and observation group. The observation group was given TCM medicine penetration and acupuncture. Results: The total efficiency was 98.0% in the observation group and 80.0% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture plus TCM medicine penetration therapy is more beneficial to patients with idiopathic facial nerve, with more accurate clinical results, could help to restore the facial nerve.
