中医针灸配合偏振光治疗仪治疗膝关节骨性关节炎

Acupuncture and polarized treating instrument on knee osteoarthritis

目的:对膝关节骨性关节炎采用中医针灸配合偏振光治疗仪的疗效进行分析。方法:选取我院收治的膝关节骨性关节炎患者136例,分为实验组和对照组,各68例,对照组给予针灸治疗,实验组给予针灸联合偏振光治疗仪治疗。结果:实验组患者治疗效果要优于对照组患者,实验组总有效率为97.06%,对照组总有效率为82.35%。结论:采用针灸联合偏振光治疗仪治疗膝关节骨性关节炎效果明显,患者临床症状均得到显效改善,并且关节功能均得到恢复或明显进步,因此,此方法值得在临床上大力推广使用。

Objective: To observe clinical effects of acupuncture and polarized treating instrument on knee osteoarthritis. Methods:136 patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group (n = 68), the experimental group received acupuncture plus polarized light treatment. Results: In the experimental group, the efficiency of 97.06% is better than 82.35% in the control group.Conclusion: The acupuncture plus polarized light on knee osteoarthritis is obvious, clinical symptoms improvement was marked, with function restoration or significant progress.
