参芪归甲通乳汤治疗产后缺乳60例临床观察

Observation on treating 60 cases of postpartum hypogalactia with the Shenqi Guijia Tongru decoction

目的:观察参芪归甲通乳汤治疗产后缺乳的临床疗效。方法:将120例产后缺乳患者随机分为两组,各60例,治疗组用参芪归甲通乳汤治疗,对照组用补血生乳颗粒治疗。观察比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为96.7%和80.0%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:运用参芪归甲通乳汤治疗产后缺乳临床疗效显著,可靠。

Objective: To observe effects of the Shenqi Guijia Tongru decoction on postpartum hypogalactia. Methods: 120 cases were randomly divided into two group, 60 cases in each. The treatment group was treated with the Guijia Tongru decoction; the control group was given the Buxue Shengru granules. The clinical effects were observed and compared. Results: The total efficiency was 96.7% in the treatment group, and significantly better than 80.0% in the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Shenqi Guijia Tongru decoction is effective and reliable on postpartum hypogalactia.
