摘要
目的:探究中西医结合干预及护理对霉菌性阴道炎的作用。方法:对80例霉菌性阴道炎患者进行观察,对所有患者采用中药清洗外阴联合达克宁栓治疗。将患者随机分为护理组和常规组,分别采用全面护理及常规护理,观察患者恢复情况及满意度情况。结果:护理组患者的治疗效果和满意度均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对霉菌性阴道炎患者采用中西医结合治疗具有促进血液循环、高效抗炎的作用,提高了治疗效果;配合全面护理提高了患者的生活质量,提升了护理水平。
Objective: To explore the effect of the integrative medicine and nursing intervention on mycotic vaginitis. Methods:80 cases of mycotic vaginitis were given TCM medicine to clean the vulva. The patients were randomly divided into the nursing group and control group. Results: In the nursing group, nursing satisfaction were higher than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The integrative medicine can promote blood circulation, make effective anti-inflammatory effect, improve the treatment effect. The comprehensive nursing can improve the quality of life and nursing level.
