中药鼻腔灌洗对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎术腔黏膜恢复的临床观察

Clinical observation on recovering nasal mucosa function of patients after FESS by TCM medicine nasal lavage

目的:观察中药术腔灌洗对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎功能性鼻内镜手术(FESS)术后术腔黏膜恢复的影响。方法:将90例FESS术后患者随机分为两组并随访3个月。治疗组45例除术后一般治疗外,采用中药术腔灌洗;对照组45例术后予常规治疗,并随访3个月,采用主观症状VAS评分、Lund-Kennedy鼻内镜评分,综合评价患者治疗前后的临床疗效。结果:两组主观症状评分较治疗前明显改善(均P<0.05);比较两组Lund-Kennedy鼻内镜评分,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组主观评价有效率为95.6%,对照组为82.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药术腔灌洗在功能性鼻内镜手术术后应用可明显缩短转归时间,减少复发,疗效显著。

Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of TCM medicine nasal lavage on nasal mucosa function of patients after functional endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods: 90 patients after FESS were randomly divided into 2 groups and followed-up for 3 months.45 cases in the treatment group received TCM medicine nasal lavage on the basis of routine treatment. 45 cases in the control group received routine treatment and followed-up for 3 months. VAS scores, Lund-Kennedy scores were applied to comprehensively evaluate clinical efficacy. Results: VAS scores in groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment (P<0.05). Lund-Kennedy scores in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with that in the control group (P<0.05). Subjectively evaluated efficiency in the treatment group was 95.6%, and in the control group was 82.2%, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:TCM medicine nasal lavage on nasal mucosa function of patients after FESS can significantly shorten the outcome of time, reduce relapse,with a significant effect.
