摘要
目的:探讨围手术期合理用药对鼻内镜下鼻窦手术术中出血及疗效的影响。方法:将80例慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组50例,两组患者术前均常规应用喹诺酮类抗生素,治疗组联合使用鼻腔局部皮质类固醇药物(布地奈德喷鼻剂)、中药(苍耳子散加减方)及泼尼松片口服治疗,两组患者均行鼻内镜下鼻窦手术。比较两组的疗效。结果:两组在术中出血量及疗效方面均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:对患者进行合理的围手术期用药,将大大减少鼻内镜下鼻窦手术的出血,对提高疗效至关重要,也是减少并发症的重要手段。我科目前已实施80例鼻内镜下鼻窦手术,现将体会总结如下。
Objective: To explore clinical effects of perioperative rational medication on endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods: 80 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (50 cases) and control group. The treatment group received TCM medicine plus western medicine. Both groups received quinolones before treatment and underwent endoscopic sinus surgery. Results: The efficiency in groups was significantly different (P<0.05). Conclusion: Rational perioperative medication will greatly reduce hemorrhage during the endoscopic sinus surgery.
