摘要
根据目前院前急救的特点,提出以下建议:1气管插管设备须配备喉罩;2骨髓腔内注射技术的推广应用;3配备简易便携式B超机;4车载智能手机的使用;5配备充气式固定设备;6配备简易快速检测设备;7急救中成药的使用;8院前急救智能管理系统的建立。
According to the features of the pre-hospital first aid, and put forward the following suggestions: ① Endotracheal intubation equipment shall be equipped with a laryngeal mask; ② The bone marrow cavity injection technology need popularization and application;③ Equipped with simple portable ultrasound machine;④ Use of on-board smartphone; ⑤ Equipped with pneumatic fixed equipment;⑥ Equipped with simple rapid detection equipment; ⑦ First aid application of TCM medicine; ⑧ The establishment of pre-hospital emergency, intelligent management system.
