分析探讨优质护理在脑血栓患者护理中的作用

The effect of high quality nursing on patients with cerebral thrombosis

目的:探讨优质护理在脑血栓患者护理中的作用。方法:将2015年9月—2016年9月在我院神经内科治疗的150例脑血栓患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用优质护理模式,比较两组患者的护理效果、神经功能及生活质量、心理状况等。结果:观察组护理后健康知识掌握度、规范用药、合理功能训练、治疗依从性、改善生活习惯等评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后NIESS及ADL评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理在脑血栓患者护理中效果显著,能有效提升患者遵医行为,促进神经功能的改善和生活质量的提高,能够发挥积极的护理效果。

Objective:To explore the effect of high quality nursing on patients with cerebral thrombosis.Methods:150patients with cerebral thrombosis treated in our department from September2015to September2016were randomized into the observation group and the control group.The observation group received high quality nursing while the control group received routine nursing.The nursing effect,neurological function,quality of life and psychologic status of patients in two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the mastery of health knowledge,standardized medication,rational function training,treatment compliance and living habits improving were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After nursing,the NIESS and ADL score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Thesatisfaction of observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing had significant effect on patients with cerebral thrombosis,it could improve the patients treatment compliance,promote the improvement of the neurological function and the quality of life,and exert a positive nursing effect.
