中医养生教育护理干预高血压采用泽泻汤联合半夏白术天麻汤治疗的临床效果评价

Efficacy evaluation of nursing intervention of health education of TCM in treating hypertension with Zexie decoction combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction

目的:探讨高血压采用泽泻汤联合半夏白术天麻汤治疗的临床效果评价。方法:将2015年6月—2016年6月在我院心内科治疗的160例高血压患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在此基础上采用泽泻汤联合半夏白术天麻汤治疗,2个疗程后比较两组患者的治疗效果、血压变化及不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组的81.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后收缩压、舒张压明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组头痛、胃肠道反应、皮疹等发生率与对照组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:高血压采用泽泻汤联合半夏白术天麻汤治疗疗效显著,血压控制平稳,且安全性高,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective:To explore the effect of Zexie decoction combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction in treating hypertension.Method:160cases of patients with hypertension,treated in our hospital from June2015to June2016were randomized into the observation group and the control group,the control group received routine western medicine treatment while the observation group received Zexie decoction combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction.After2courses of treatment,the therapeutic effects,blood pressure changes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was93.75%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,81.25%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group after treatment were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Headache,gastrointestinal reaction,rash,etc.of the observation group were similar to those of the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Zexie decoction combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction had significant effect in treating hypertension,it could control the blood pressure stably and was of high safety and positive clinical significance.
