养肝血法联合丹参多酚酸盐治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效分析

Effect analysis of nourishing liver blood method combined with salvianolate in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的:观察养肝血法联合丹参多酚酸盐治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:选取DPN患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予甲钴胺治疗。治疗组给予加味补肝汤联合丹参多酚酸盐及甲钴胺治疗。结果:两组治疗前TSS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后TSS评分均降低(P<0.01)。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:养肝血法联合丹参多酚酸盐治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效确切,值得临床应用。

Objective:To observe the effect of nourishing liver blood method combined with salvianolate in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:60DPN patients were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with30cases in each group.The control group received mecobalamine treatment while the treatment group received modified nourishing liver decoction combined with salvianolate and mecobalamine treatment.Results:Before treatment,the difference of TSS score of two groups was of no statistical significance(P>0.05),after treatment,TSS score of two groups decreased(P<0.01).The effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Nourishing liver blood method combined with salvianolate had significant effect in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy and it was worthy of clinical application.
