慢性宫颈炎使用利普刀手术的治疗结果

The treatment results of LEEP surgery in treating chronic cervicitis

目的:分析和探究慢性宫颈炎使用利普刀手术的治疗结果。方法:选择本院2014年3月—2016年6月收治的172例慢性宫颈炎患者为研究主体。分成A组和B组,每组86例。A组使用利普刀治疗,B组使用微波辐射技术治疗。对比两组的治疗效果、阴道排液量、治疗持续时间与阴道出血持续时间,并对比术后2周与3个月后的感染率和复发率。结果:术后,A组的阴道排液量、治疗持续时间与阴道出血持续时间优于B组;A组治疗总有效率是100%,B组是90.70%,对比几项数据,差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组术后2周的感染率是0%,复发率是0%,B组分别是8.14%,1.16%,对比感染率有差异(P<0.05),复发率无差异(P>0.05)。术后3个月,A组的感染率是0%,复发率是1.16%,B组分别是10.47%,8.14%,对比有差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用利普刀手术治疗慢性宫颈炎具有显著的治疗效果,可以减少患者的阴道排液量,缩短治疗时间与阴道出血时间,利于创面尽快愈合,且感染率与复发率较低,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze and explore the treatment results of LEEP surgery in treating chronic cervicitis.Methods:172patients with chronic cervicitis treated in our hospital from March2014to June2016,were selected and divided evenly into Group A and Group B,with86cases in each group.Group A received LEEP surgery while Group B received microwave radiation therapy.The effect of treatment,vaginal discharge,duration of treatment and duration of vaginal bleeding were compared between the two groups,and the infection rate and recurrence rate were compared2and3weeks after the operation.Results:After the operation,vaginal discharge,durationof treatment and duration of vaginal bleeding of Group A were better than those of Group B;The total effective rate of Group A and GroupB was100%and90.70%respectively,the difference was significant and of statistical significance(P<0.05).2weeks after operation,the infection rate and recurrence rate of Group A and Group B was0%and0%,8.14%and1.16%respectively,there was difference in theinfection rate(P<0.05)and no difference in the recurrence rate(P>0.05).3months after operation,the infection rate and recurrence rate of Group A and Group B was0%and1.16%,10.47%and8.14%respectively,the difference was significant and of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:LEEP surgery had significant effect in treating chronic cervicitis,it could decrease the vaginal discharge,shorten the duration of treatment and duration of vaginal bleeding,which was beneficial to wound healing,it was of low infection rate and recurrence rate and was worthy of promotion.
