药穴指针疗法治疗中虚气逆型胃食管反流病的临床观察

Clinical observation of the acupoint pointer therapy in treating gastroesophageal reflux disease of the virtual inverse gas syndrome

目的:观察药穴指针疗法对中虚气逆型胃食管反流病(Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease,GERD)的临床疗效,探讨药穴指针疗法治疗GERD之可能机制。方法:210例GERD患者按随机数字表法将其随机分为三组,即中药组、药穴指针组及药穴指针+中药组。三组分别给予相应的治疗措施,均以2周为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。观察记录两组患者在治疗前后主要综合症状疗效评定,三组患者食管下括约肌压力比较。结果:三组患者主要综合症状疗效比较,中药组与指针组对比(P<0.05),中药组与结合组对比(P<0.05),差异均具有统计学意义,表明指针组及结合组在临床综合疗效上优于中药组;指针组与结合组对比(P>0.05),差异无统计学意义,表明指针组与结合组在临床综合疗效上作用相当,显效率指针组与结合组对比(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义,表明结合组显效优于指针组。三组患者治疗前后食管下括约肌静息压力比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:药穴指针疗法治疗胃食管反流病具有治疗简单、方便、安全、有效,不良反应少,并且可根据辨证选方,适用于各证型的胃食管反流病,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of the acupoint pointer therapy on the gastroesophageal reflux disease of the virtual inverse gas syndrome,and to discuss the possible mechanism of the therapy on GERD.Method:210patients with the gastroesophageal reflux disease were divided into three groups by the random number table,namely,the traditional Chinese medicine group,the medicine acupoint pointer therapy group and the medicine combined with acupoint pointer therapy group.Three groups received corresponding appropriate treatment measures,two-week formed a course of treatment,and the treatment was of a total of two courses.The comprehensive curative effect before and after treatment of two groups of patients was recorded and the comparison of lower esophageal sphincter pressure was made.Results:Comparison of clinical efficacy of three groups was made,the traditional Chinese medicine group was compared with medicine acupoint pointer therapy group(P<0.05),the traditional Chinese medicine group was compared with thecombined group(P<0.05),the differences were statistically significant,which meant the pointer group and the combination group were better than the traditional Chinese medicine group in the clinical comprehensive efficacy.The pointer group was compared with thecombined group(P>0.05),the difference was not statistically significant,which meant that the pointer group and combined group had thesame effect in the clinical comprehensive efficacy.The pointer group was compared with the combined group(P<0.05)on effective rate,the difference was statistically significant,which meant the combined group was better than the pointer group.The difference of lower esophageal sphincter pressure of three groups before and after the treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The acupoint pointer therapy had the advantage of being simple,convenient,safe and effective,it had less adverse reaction in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease,the prescription could be chosen according to the dialectical differentiation,which meant it was applicable to each different kinds of gastroesophageal reflux disease,which was worth to be promoted in the clinic.
