摘要
目的:探究二仙汤用于卵巢早衰患者症状及内分泌指标改善的临床疗效。方法:研究对象选取为2010年1月—2014年12月我院收治的80例卵巢早衰患者,采用数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组患者采用常规西药治疗,给予患者雌激素片、醋酸甲羟孕酮片口服治疗,观察组则采用中药二仙汤治疗,对比两组患者的临床症状改善情况及治疗前后的雌激素水平改善情况。结果:治疗后观察组患者在腰膝冷痛、阴道干涩、性欲减退、月经不调症状的改善上,显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的FSH、LH、E2水平对比无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组在FSH、E2水平改善上显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药二仙汤治疗卵巢早衰能够有效地改善患者的临床症状,调节患者的内分泌指标,与常规西药治疗相比更具优势,值得在临床上推广和应用。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Erxian decoction in improving symptoms and endocrine indicators of patients with premature ovarian failure.Methods:80cases of premature ovarian failure patients who were treated in our hospital from January2010to December2014were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with40cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine of estrogen tablets and theoral administration of medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets while the observation group received Erxian decoction.The clinical symptoms improvement and estrogen levels before and after treatment of two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the improvement of symptoms such as waist pain,vaginal dryness,loss of libido,irregular menstruation of the observation group was significantly better thanthat of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);FSH,LH,E2levels of two groups of patients before treatment was of no significant difference(P>0.05),after treatment,the improvement of FSH,E2level of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Erxian decoction could effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with premature ovarian failure and regulate the endocrine factors,it had advantage over conventional western medicine treatment and was worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
