中西医结合治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨中西医结合治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法:选择2012年1月—2015年1月笔者所在医院收治的120位椎动脉型颈椎病患者,所选择的病例均符合椎动脉型颈椎病诊断标准。将上述患者随机分为A、B、C组,A组予以苯海拉明注射液、马来酸桂哌齐特注射液及口服本院自拟的天麻葛根汤治疗;B组予苯海拉明注射液、马来酸桂哌齐特注射液及口服氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗;C组予以苯海拉明注射液、维生素C、维生素B6、口服氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗;比较三组的药物疗效及起效时间。结果:缓解眩晕症状效果方面,静滴马来酸桂哌齐特注射液患者比静滴维生素C、维生素B6患者起效快,口服中药天麻葛根汤患者疗效更稳定,复发率下降。结论:中西医结合治疗椎动脉型颈椎病起效更快,疗效更稳定,复发率更低。 Objective:To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in treating vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.Methods:120patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis,who met the diagnostic criteria for cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type,treated in our hospital from January2013to January2015were selected and divided into3groups,Group A was given Diphenhydramine injection,Cinepazide Maleate Injection and self-made Tianma Gegen Decoction;Group B was given Diphenhydramine injection,Cinepazide Maleate Injection and Cinnarizine Capsules fluoride;Group C was given Diphenhydramine injection,Vitamin C,Vitamin B6and Cinnarizine Capsules fluoride,the effect and effective time of three groups were compared.Results:As for alleviating the symptoms of vertigo,intravenous drip of Cinepazide Maleate Injection was more effective than intravenous vitamin C,Vitamin B6,oral administration of Tianma Gegen Decoction was more stable and it could decrease the recurrence rate.Conclusion:Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine had faster onset,more stable effect and lower recurrence rate in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.
