中药熏蒸配合针灸治疗周围性面神经麻痹临床研究

Clinical study of TCM fumigation combined with acupuncture in treating peripheral facial paralysis

目的:分析中药熏蒸配合针灸治疗周围性面神经麻痹临床效果。方法:选取我院2014年5月—2016年6月收治的54例周围性面神经麻痹患者,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组(n=32)和对照组(n=22),两组均给予针灸治疗,观察组加用中药熏蒸,比较两组总有效率、MUNSH幸福感量表评分和SAS评分。结果:观察组总有效率为93.75%(30/32),对照组总有效率为63.64%(14/22),通过x2检验可知,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(x2=5.966,P<0.05);两组治疗后MUNSH评分高于治疗前,SAS评分低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后MUNSH评分高于对照组,SAS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏蒸配合针灸治疗周围性面神经麻痹可显著改善患者面神经功能,实用价值较高,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupuncture in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:54cases of peripheral facial paralysis treated in our hospital from May2014to June2016were selected,according to the different treatment methods,they were divided into the observation group(n=32)and the control group(n=22).Both groups were given acupuncture treatment,the observation group was treated with Chinese herbal fumigation,the total effective rate of two groups,MUNSH happiness scale score and SAS score were compared.Results:In the observation group,the totaleffective rate was93.75%(30/32)and that of the control group was63.64%(14/22),the total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant by x2test(x2=5.966,P<0.05);After treatment,MUNSH scores of two groups were higher than that before treatment,the SAS score was lower than that before treatment,the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05);MUNSH scores of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,SAS score was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupuncture treatment could significantly improve the facial nerve function of patients with peripheral facial paralysis,it was of high practical value and was worthy of promotion and application.
