中药房药饮片养护管理存在的问题及对策

Problems and countermeasures in the maintenance and management of Chinese herbal medicine decoction pieces

目的:通过探究中药房药饮片养护管理中存在的问题,提出相关解决对策。方法:对我院2013年6月—2015年6月中药房的药饮片的质量实行检查,对不合格的药饮片进行统计与原因分析,并对比2015年实行了中药房药饮片养护管理后与2013—2014年未实行养护管理的药饮片的质量差异。结果:导致药饮片质量不合格的主要原因是药品的保管与炮制问题,且2015年药饮片的质量合格率要显著高于2013—2014年(P<0.05),损失率也有显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:导致我院药饮片质量下降的主要原因是药品的养护管理,只有通过加强其管理、加强检查力度,才能保证药饮片的质量要求。

Objective:To provide countermeasures in the maintenance and management of Chinese herbal medicine decoction pieces by exploring the existing problems.Methods:The quality of Chinese herbal medicine decoction pieces in the dispensary of traditional Chinese medicine of our hospital from June2013to June2015was examined,the unqualified Chinese herbal medicine decoction pieces were statistically recorded and the reasons were analyzed.The quality difference of the decoction piece of2013,2014was compared with that of2015,in which maintenance and management of Chinese herbal medicine decoction pieces were administrated.Results:The major reasons for unqualified Chinese herbal medicine decoction pieces were drug storage and processing problems,and the quality qualification rate of2015was significantly higher than that of2013and2014(P<0.05),the loss rate also decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:The major reason for unqualified Chinese herbal medicine decoction pieces in our hospital was in the maintenance and management,the quality of it could be guaranteed by emphasizing the management and examination.
