水基涂料吸潮特性研究

Study on moisture absorption characteristics of water-based coating

针对气缸体专用水基涂料在浸涂烘干后,随着放置时间的变化,对涂料层产生吸潮现象的规律进行统计分析,从而得出该种水基涂料烘干后合理的放置时间,制定出符合实际生产要求的工艺参数。

In this paper,a special water-based coating we used for cylinder block were studied after dip coating and drying.With the change of time,through the analysis of the law of absorbing moisture in the coating layer,the reasonable placing time of the water-based coating after drying was obtained,and the technological parameters which accord with the actual production requirements were worked out.
