正交试验法在ZL101A复合变质工艺中的应用

摘要 运用正交试验法,研究了加入Al-Sb中间合金+Te复合变质工艺对ZL101A抗拉强度的影响。结果表明,变质处理后,ZL101A合金的抗拉强度显著提高,其组织中α-Al相得到细化,共晶Si相由针、片状转变成短纤维状、颗粒状,合金抗拉强度提高到320 MPa以上。 The influence of the addition of Al-Sb+Te composite modification on the microstructure and properties of Zl101A alloy was studied by the orthogonal experiment.The result show that the tensile strength of the alloy was signifi cant increased after modifi cation,the microstructure of the Al-phase was refi ne,and the Si phase was composed of needle like,lamellar into a spherical shape and short rod shape.The tensile strength of the alloy is increased320MPa.
