Canalplasty(external auditory canal plasty)is an integral part of myringoplasty(which is the technique of repairing tympanic membrane).In canalplasty,House and Fisch performed differently in the posterior auricle incision,the posterior auricle periosteal flap,the external auditory canal incision,and management of the skin of the external auditory canal.In myringoplasty,House and Fisch differed in the concepts of underlay and overly,temporal fascia management,tympanic ring management,making external ear canal skin flap,fascia placement,flap placement,and so on.
