计算机辅助诊断技术在乳腺X线摄影中的应用进展

The Clinical Application and Advances of Computer Aided Diagnosis in Mammography

目的:综述计算机辅助诊断技术(computed aided diagnosis,CAD)在乳腺X线摄影诊断乳腺癌中的应用进展。方法:以"计算机辅助诊断技术"和"乳腺癌"为关键词搜索相关文献并阅读分类,总结相关应用进展。结果:乳腺癌的CAD技术已成为医学影像领域的研究热点之一,完成对乳腺X线摄影CAD在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值综述,并对该技术的发展前景进行展望。结论:虽然CAD在我国临床中的应用仍处于起步阶段,但对CAD系统诊断乳腺癌的研究是一个很有意义的课题。

Objective: To summarize the application of computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) in the diagnosis of breast cancer by mammography.Methods: The related literatures were searched with the keywords of "Computer - aided diagnosis" and "Breast cancer" and the classification was reviewed. Results: The CAD technique of breast cancer has become one of the research hotspots in the field of medical imaging. The application of mammography CAD in the diagnosis of breast cancer is reviewed. Conclusion: Although the application of CAD in China is still in its infancy,it is a very important subject to study the diagnosis of breast cancer by CAD system.
