The Design and Realization of Refined Closed-loop Management System of Medical Consumables in Large General Hospitals

目的:设计智能医用耗材管理系统来实现耗材的精细化管理。方法:重新梳理医用耗材管理流程,划分系统的功能,利用计算机编程语言工具及数据库对系统进行模块化设计。结果:该系统实现医用耗材从基本信息登记、出入库管理、高值耗材管理、采购管理、查询统计等信息化管理。结论:该系统的使用实现了医用耗材的闭环管理,实现了医用耗材的全程追溯跟踪,保证医院医用耗材的精细化管理需求。

Objective: To design an intelligent medical consumable management system to realize the refined management of consumables.Methods: The medical consumable management process was summarized again, functions of the system were divided, and computer programming language tool and database were used for modular design of the system. Results: The system realized the information management of medical consumables, including basic information registration, in-out warehouse management, high-value consumable management, procurement management and query statistics. Conclusion: The use of this system has realized the closed-loop management of medical consumables and the whole-process tracking of medical consumables, and ensured the demand of hospitals for the refined management of medical consumables.
