Construction and Completed of Management System in Medical Treatment Arrearage of Inpatient

目的:构建完善的住院病人医疗欠费管理系统,最大限度减少欠费情况的发生。方法:在欠费信息化管理和组织管理两个层面构建全方位多维度的住院病人欠费管理系统。结果:组织管理和信息化管理两个层面的有机结合,形成了完整的闭合管理链条,使管理效率大大提高,欠费数额大幅下降。结论:两个层面相互补充,缺一不可,共同构成完善的管理系统,最大程度减少欠费情况发生。

Objective: We intend to build a comprehensive management system for patient arrears, which is expected to minimize the circumstances of arrearage. Methods: To achieve this, we constructed a full-scale and multi-dimension arrearage management system for patients. Results: The system contains two subjects, the informatization and the systematization of management. The organic combination of these two parts formed a completely closed management system which enhanced the managerial effectiveness and diminished the amount of arrears in a great way. Conclusion: These two parts are mutually reinforcing and can't function in an isolated way. They form a comprehensive management system together, thus minimize the happening of arrearage.
