为缓解患者就诊"三长一短"现状,提高医院高峰时期人流承载能力,北京协和医院经过全面评估和调研,对原有自助机的问题进行认真研究和分析,以医院为主导,与公司合作推出了独具协和特色的自助服务系统,使得新型自助机功能更加全面,人机交互更加顺畅,外形更加美观合理,改善了患者就医体验,提高了医院服务质量。
