摘要
唐山港曹妃甸港区文丰通用杂货泊位工程为地连墙结构板桩码头,地连墙为T形新型结构。T形地连墙施工存在一系列难题,如:成槽时槽壁临空面大、阳角处应力集中,槽壁易坍塌;钢筋笼吊装约束面多,钢筋笼入槽竖直度要求高,对槽壁垂直度要求也高;混凝土浇筑时,浇筑工艺不合理容易造成角位处夹泥,并且国内缺少港口工程T形地连墙施工成套技术。结合以往地连墙质量控制措施的基础上研发了一系列新技术,对槽壁稳定、成槽垂直度、钢筋笼吊装垂直度、二次沉渣预防与清除、混凝土浇筑等方面进行质量控制,取得了良好效果,具有很高的推广价值。
Wenfeng general cargo berth project in Caofeidian port area of Tangshan Port is a diaphragm retaining wallstructure of sheet pile wharf,which is the new T-shaped structure.There are a series of difficulties in constructing T-shapeddiaphragm wall,such as:large area of trench wall facing air,corner stress concentration,resulting in trench wall easy tocollapse;reinforcement cage hoisting by plane is more limited,into the groove vertical degree requirements strictly,and requireshigh precision of groove wall verticality;when pouring concrete,the pouring process is unreasonable,it is easy to cause the mudin the corner position,and domestic lack of the complete sets of construction technology for port engineering T-shapeddiaphragm wall.On the basis of the previous diaphragm retaining wall quality control measures,we developed a series of newtechnologies,controlled the quality of the stability of trench wall,trench verticality,reinforcement cage hoisting verticality,second sediment prevention and removal,concrete pouring and other aspects,and achieved good results.It has a high value ofpopularization.
