一种斜齿轮啮合刚度的简易求解方法

摘要 通过对斜齿轮副啮合过程进行分析,得到其啮合线总长度的计算公式;并假定轮齿变形和受载均在接触线长度方向上呈均匀分布,由此推导出斜齿轮时变啮合刚度的近似计算公式。最后通过实例计算,对比了该方法与参考文献所给方法计算结果的差异,结果表明该方法计算过程简单,求解结果较为精确。 The formula about the whole length of the meshing line is achieved after the analysis of the meshing course for gear pair. And if we suppose deformation and the loading assume even distribution in the direction of contact line, we can infer the approximate formula for the meshing stiffness of helical gear, which is exemplified through some examples. After comparing the differences between the formula mentioned above and the one in the bibliography, we can find that the formula mentioned above is simpler and easier, and besides,the result fromthe formula is relatively accurate.
