摘要
目前全国炼厂大部分催化裂化装置所使用的常规烟气水封罐均存在进出口压降大、耗能大等问题。本文通过先进的CFD软件进行数值模拟,对其结构进行优化,提出一种新型低压降水封罐,达到节能的效果。
Currently,there are large pressure drop of import and export,high energy consumption in common flue gas watersealedtank used in most catalytic cracking units in China.This paper mainly discusses its structure optimization by numerical simulationmethod with advanced CFD software,and puts forward a new type of water-sealed tank with low pressure drop and acquires theeffect of energy saving successfully.
