臭氧技术在聚丙烯循环水系统的应用

摘要 分析了工业循环水系统存在生物粘泥滋生,设备结垢腐蚀的问题,通过在凉水塔系统进行加药剂处理与AOP臭氧水处理的技术运行对比。结果表明AOP系统能避免药剂杀菌引起的水质变浑浊,结垢弊端,并具有杀菌、脱垢、阻垢、节能效果。 This article describes the issues of biological loam and equipment corrosion in industrial circulating water system.Drug treatment and AOP ozone water treatment in the cooling tower system are compared.Results indicate that AOP system canavoid turbid water quality and scaling caused by drugs sterilization,and achieve excellence in sterilization,cleaning,anti-scaling andenergy saving.
