流动人口医疗保险参与意愿及其影响因素分析——基于中国七个大城市调查数据

The Floating Population to Participate and Influence Factors Analysis of Medical Treatment Insurance

基于2013年我国七个大城市"流动人口管理和服务对策研究"调查数据,建立流动人口参与医疗保险的logistic回归模型,分析流动人口医疗保险参与意愿及其影响因素。结果表明,个人特征、家庭特征、工作状况以及社会状况对其参加医疗保险有着显著影响。具体而言,年龄越大、受教育程度越高、身体健康状况差、收入越高以及有子女的流动人口参加医疗保险意愿越高;已婚、更换过工作、工作在东西部城市的流动人口参加医疗保险的意愿越低。文章最后结合研究得出的结论,探讨了本项研究的政策启示。

Based on the seven major cities in China in2013“floating population management and service countermeasures study”survey data,establish a logistic regression model of the floating population to participate in medical insurance,analysis of the floating population to participate and influence factors of medical treatment insurance.The results show that personal characteristics,family characteristics,working condition and social condition to participate in medical insurance has a significant effect on it.Specifically,the higher the age,level of education,poor health,the higher the income,and have children of floating population to participate in medical insurance is higher;Married,replacing the work,working in the east and west city's willingness to participate in medical insurance,the lower of the floating population.Finally,based on the research conclusion,the policy implications of the study.
