摘要
随着用户对商用车驾驶舒适性越来越重视,商用车发动机悬置系统不仅要实现对发动机的可靠固定,还有尽可能减少发动机运行时传递出来的不期望的振动。在发动机悬置系统的设计阶段通过模态频率的仿真计算对其隔振性能进行分析、对比和优化,并在验证阶段通过检测驾驶室座椅导轨的振动对方案设计进行试验确认,可以有效提高商用车发动机悬置系统的隔振性能,提高开发效率,提升商用车的驾驶舒适性。
As the the users of commercial vehicle pay more attention on driving comfort,commercial vehicle engine mountsystems not only be made to reliable fixed engine,as well as to minimize the engine running out of the undesirable vibration.Analyzing,comparing and optimizing the vibration isolation performance by the simulation calculation of the modalfrequency in the design stage of the engine mount system,then testing and validating the vibration of the driver's seat guiderail during the verification stage,can improve the vibration isolation performance of commercial vehicle engine mountsystem,and improve development efficiency and enhance the driving comfort of commercial vehicles.
