摘要
发动机启动后,气缸内产生的高压燃气会从活塞环的缝隙中泄漏。气体泄漏不仅影响发动机的性能,而且其能耗要高于气体泄漏低的发动机。通过对发动机活塞环的漏气通道进行研究和实验,发明了带有凸台的活塞环。利用凸台将活塞环的开口定位,进而降低气体外泄的可能性。通过对组合式活塞环的结构、性能进行深入研究和测试,发现其具有较好的密封性能,同时其摩擦能耗较低。鉴于组合式活塞环所具有的优越性能,值得对其进一步研究,并将其应用到发动机中。
After the engine is started, the high-pressure gas produced in the cylinder leaks from the gap of the piston ring. Gasleakage not only affects the performance of the engine, but also its energy consumption is higher than the gas leak low engine. Through the research and experiment of the air leakage channel of the engine piston ring, a piston ring with a boss is invented. The opening of the piston ring is positioned by the boss, thereby reducing the possibility of gas leakage. Through the research and testing of the structure and performance of the combined piston ring, it is found that it has good sealing performance, and its friction energy consumption is low. In view of the superior performance of the modular piston ring, it is worth further study and apply it to the engine.
