摘要
双向同步自动收纳器要求两端线材在用户拉出时能动作同步、顺畅,用户可以自动调节线长,同时满足用户线长时能够自锁,并实现自动收纳。本课题深度剖析了整个产品的架构、发条弹簧的设计和安装、线材的链接方式以及自动收纳的详细结构,也对线材在发条弹簧扭力作用下如何实现自动拉出、自动锁死、自动收纳等各个动作进行分解,为同行设计师提供设计思路和经验。
