科学管控滚齿刀具的策略研究

摘要 滚刀在使用中随着磨损程度的增加,切削性能将逐渐下降,从而降低加工表面的光洁度,增加切削力,使切削过程产生振动或不正常的音响等。这时如再继续使用滚刀,不仅会恶化加工质量,而且会急剧磨损刀具。磨损过大的滚刀,重磨十分困难。同时,由于重磨量大,刃磨时间长,易使刀齿发热而退火,刃磨成本增加,减少滚刀的重磨次数,降低刀具使用寿命,增加刀具的消耗。本文阐述利用建立动态滚齿刀具刃磨台账数据库来控制生产现场滚齿刀具的超磨现象,以控制磨锋工的刃磨量,提高刀具的刃磨质量。 With the increase of the wear degree, the cutting performance will decrease gradually, so as to reduce the finishof the machined surface, increase the cutting force and make the cutting process produce vibrations or abnormal sound. At this time, if you continue to use the hob, not only will deteriorate the processing quality, and will wear a sharp tool. Excessive hobs, heavy grinding is very difficult. At the same time, due to heavy grinding, grinding time is long, easy to make teeth heat and annealing, grinding costs increase, reduce the number of hobs re- grinding, reduce tool life, increase tool consumption. This paper describes the use of the establishment of dynamic hobbing tool grinding grinding table database to control the production site hobbing tool grinding phenomenon, in order to control the mill grinding edge grinding, improve the quality of the tool grinding.
