摘要
汽车空调压缩机铝合金动静盘铸造过程中,普通浇铸装置没有用于冷却成品铸件的收纳槽,且取件依靠人工取件,劳动强度大,效率低。因此,本文针对传统浇铸装置存在的技术缺陷进行改进优化,设计了一种新型涡旋式汽车空调压缩机动静盘重力浇注装置,有效提高了取件自动化程度,减少了工人的劳动强度。
During the casting process of aluminum alloy static and dynamic disk of automobile air conditioning compressor, the ordinary casting device has no storage tank for cooling finished product casting, and the picking device relies on manual picking, labor intensity is large and the efficiency is low. Therefore, this paper aims at improving the technical defects of the traditional casting device, and designs a new type of scroll air compressor compressor static and dynamic gravity casting device, which can effectively improve the degree of automation of the pickup and reduce the labor intensity of the workers.
