摘要
铝合金材料在许多领域都有着广泛应用,而在铝合金焊接中经常会出现气孔缺陷,影响结构件的质量和强度。本文结合激光扫描焊接技术,以6061铝合金为对象,对焊接过程中激光束扫描轨迹、扫描幅度等对铝合金焊接气孔率的影响进行分析和研究,希望能够对焊接气孔进行有效抑制,保证铝合金焊接的实际效果。
Aluminum alloy materials are widely used in many fields, and in the aluminum alloy welding often appear stomatal defects, affecting the quality and strength of structural parts.
