摘要
在氧化铝拆除搬迁中,沉降槽是氧化铝拜耳法工艺中的重要组成部分,也是氧化铝的关键设备。而本拆除工程是沉降槽系统分部工程,是危险性较大的拆除工程。该部分主要有7台单体槽子构成的沉降系统和地面管道支架系统。工程特点属部分保护性拆除工程,要求沉降系统中的搅拌装置、桁架、槽壁板、支座辐射梁、内外立柱、中心筒以及管道支架系统做保护性拆除,拆除完好率分别80%和85%。
