摘要
叶轮数控加工的复杂性与精度问题,历来是机械加工研究的重点。针对复杂整体叶轮的数控加工技术,包括电解刀具规划技术、圆角处理技术、改造技术等,进行简单的论述分析。叶轮的应用较为广泛,若能解决加工问题,则能够极大程度地推动叶轮在各个领域中的运用。
The complexity and precision of impeller NC machining have always been the focus of mechanical processing. For the complex whole impeller CNC machining technology, including electrolytic tool planning technology, fillet processing technology, transformation technology, a simple discussion and analysis. Impeller application is more extensive, if the problem can be solved, it can greatly promote the impeller in the use of various fields.
