京津冀科技创新协调机制构建的三重维度

Three Dimensions of the Construction of the Scientific and Technological Innovation Coordination Mechanism of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

科技创新一体化是实现京津冀协同发展的重要支柱。但就目前情况而言,囿于区域内部较为复杂的政治经济环境,京津冀三地之间尚未完成对于科技创新系统的集约整合。有鉴于此,三地可着力从行政管理、社会组织以及人才育用三个维度采取措施加强交流合作,以期建立统一完善的区域科技创新协调机制,有效促进区域一体化进程。

The integration of scientific and technological innovation is an important pillar of realizing the coordinated development of Beijing -Tianjin-Hebei Region. But for the moment, intensive integration of the innovation system of science and technology is not done due to more complex political and economic environment in it. Therefore, three regions need to take measures from three dimensions of the administrative management,social organization and talent education to strengthen exchanges and cooperation. And a unified, perfect mechanism of regional scientific and technological innovation would be established to promote regional integration effectively.
