从湿热体质论治糖尿病

Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus from the Aspect of Damp-heat Constitution

体质是决定疾病易感性和发生的重要因素。本文通过对湿热体质成因和特点的分析、湿热体质到湿热证转变,以及湿热体质与糖尿病发生发展关系的研究,认为湿热体质是糖尿病发病的重要因素,湿热证伴随糖尿病发生发展的始终,并提出生活方式干预及分消走泄、养阴通络、随症治之的治法,对湿热体质早期干预、辨体施治,为预防和治疗糖尿病提供新的方法和思路。

Constitution is an important factor to determine the susceptibility and the occurrence of disease.Thisarticle analyzed causes and characteristics of damp-heat constitution,the change of damp-heat constitution todamp-heat syndrome,the relationship between damp-heat constitution and the occurrence and development ofdiabetes mellitus.It reached the conclusion that damp-heat constitution is one of the important factors of diabetesmellitus,that damp-heat syndrome is always accompanied with the development of diabetes,and proposed thetreatment methods of lifestyle intervention,elimination of pathogens through purgation and diuresis,nourishing yinand dredging the collaterals.It also proposed the new ideas and thoughts of early intervention in damp-heatconstitution and distinguishing constitution therapy for the prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus.
