摘要
目的选取制备环丝氨酸脂质体的最佳条件。方法以pH梯度法制备环丝氨酸脂质体,采用透析法分离脂质体和游离环丝氨酸后通过包封率的计算考察最佳制备条件。结果通过正交设计实验分析得出最佳制备工艺条件为EggPC与Ch的摩尔比为4∶1,醋酸钙浓度为0.2 mol/L,环丝氨酸与EggPC的质量比1∶4。结论本研究制备的环丝氨酸脂质体包封率较高,对环丝氨酸脂质体的肺部给药提供重要基础。
Objective To prepare anti-TB cycloserine liposome by pH gradient method and establish the optimal condition.Methods To prepare the cycloserine liposome by the pH gradient method and separate the lipsome and the drug by dialysis method establish the optimal condition through the investigation of the encapsulation rate.Results The condition from orthogonal design experiment is EggPC∶Ch=4∶1the Ca(AC)2concentration0.2mol/L ring serine:EggPC=1∶4.Conclusion the encapsulation rate of lipsome is high this study provide the foundation for further research of pulmonary drug delivery.
