柔性过驳装置控制系统设计

摘要 分析柔性过驳装置工作要求,设计操作简单、自能化程度高、运行稳定的控制系统。采用PLC作为下位机,设计程序控制各设备有序工作;以LabVIEW为主,结合MATLAB数据处理功能,设计上位机程序,创建上位机操作界面;通过NIOPC建立PLC与上位机的通讯。实际运用表明控制系统整体运行顺畅,通讯稳定,安全可靠,大大降低渔民劳动强度,提高过驳效率。 This paper analyzes work requirements flexible lighterage device,and designs control system in which the operation is simple,the intelligentialize degree is high,the running stability.PLC is used as lower machine to design the programs for working orderly.LabVIEW and MATLAB data processing functions are used to design PC program and createa PC interface.PLC and PC communications are established using NI OPC.Practical application shows that the overall control system works smoothly and stably,and greatly reduces the fishermen's labor intensity,improves the efficiency of lightering.
