摘要
利用超声波相控阵环阵探头,采用动态聚焦技术对大厚度铝锻件内部缺陷开展无损检测技术研究。通过对法国M2M相控系统进行二次软件开发进行数据采集,并利用美国Parker公司ACR9000控制器,开发自动扫查及成像系统,结果表明,可以实现大厚度铝锻件自动超声波C扫描检测,能够检出埋深180 mm,大小为φ0.4 mm以上的平底孔当量缺陷。
Based on the ultrasonic phased array probe,the dynamic focusing technology is used to study the non-destructive testing technology for the internal defects of large thickness aluminum forgings.Test data is obtained by the secondary development software of French M2M phased array testing system.Based on the ACR9000controller,this paper develops an automatic scanning and imaging system,which can find defect not smaller than渍0.3mm buried in depth180mm correctly.
