摘要
目前游离磨料线锯切割技术广泛应用于水晶、硅等脆硬材料的切割。它主要是通过具有一定速度的钢丝线,将浆料中的SiC磨粒带入切割区域,从而实现材料的去除。因此,浆料在游离磨料线锯切割中起着至关重要的作用。文中通过切割实验研究了浆料中SiC浓度对切割性能的影响,结果表明,切割效率和切缝宽度随着浆料中SiC浓度的增加而增加,而表面粗糙度Ra则随着浆料中SiC浓度的增加而减少。
At present,free abrasive wire saw technology has been widely used in cutting hard and brittle materials,such as silicon,crystal,and so on. Through the steel wire with a certain speed,SiC particles in the slurry would be taken into the cutting area and remove the materials. Therefore,the slurry plays a vital role in the free abrasive wire saw cutting.This paper studies the effects of SiC concentration in the slurry on the cutting performance by cutting experiment. The results show that cutting efficiency and kerf width increase with SiC concentration in the slurry,the surface roughness Ra decreases with SiC concentration in the slurry.
