摘要
介绍了核电站中两种常用装卸料机抓具的机构。首先对两种装卸料机整体性能做了比较,然后分别从机构设计、安全自锁设计、加工工艺等方面分析各自特点,为装卸料机抓具设计提供优化方案。在抓具优化设计时,应充分考虑连杆过长引起的强度问题。为了达到多个抓爪动作一致性,应充分考虑相关加工、安装工艺问题。在机械自锁方面,应充分考虑自锁实现的可靠性。
This paper introduces mechanical structure of two kinds of Refueling Machine(RFM) gripper. The advantage and disadvantage of the two kinds of RFM gripper are analyzed. The optimized design for RFM gripper is proposed,including structure design,self-locking design and process procedure. The strength of the connecting rod should be considered for structure design. The fabrication process should be considered for gripper movement concordance. The reliability should be considered for self-locking.
