摘要
在建立某类牵引杆产品有限元模型过程中,介绍了一种简化计算方法,即去除球铰对杆体进行独立计算。结果表明,简化计算与加入球铰整体计算相比,杆体正中间截面应力相同。该简化不但可以得到关注区域的准确结果,同时节省了大量人力与计算机资源,验证了其可靠性及有效性。
A simplified calculation method is introduced for establishing finite element analysis model of traction rod product,and this method calculates rod body after removing the ball joint. Comparing simplified calculation with join globe hinge integral calculation,the results show that the right in the middle section rod body stress is the same. The simplify not only can get the accurate results at attention area,but also can save a lot of human and computer resources,its reliability and validity is verified.
